easyJet's Updated App Now Lets You Follow Your Plane 3 Hours Before Take-off

Budget UK airline easyJet has made it a little bit easier to track your flight, announcing a new partnership with FlightRadar24 that will allow you to track the status of your plane three hours ahead of its scheduled takeoff.

The updated easyJet app for Android and iOS will now let you know the location of your aircraft three hours before its departure time, which might not sound like a lot, but could give nervous travellers extra peace of mind and potentially be another means of becoming aware of delays (which aren't exactly unheard of in the budget aviation sector).

The new easyJet iOS app also adds support for 3D Touch, so you can book flights, access boarding passes, and see the flight tracker using 3D Touch gestures.

It should be available OTA, or check it out via the links below.
