Doctors Now Have Warning: If You Use Aluminum Foil, Stop It Or Face Deadly Consequences

For a long time, aluminum foil has been a kitchen staple. Open up anyone’s utility drawer and you’re bound to find a roll of the silver thinly printed metal. Why? Because it is extremely useful and effective for many kitchen and household tasks.

Foil is often used to cover your casserole and other oven-ready dishes. But now research is showing that if you cook with aluminum foil, you could be exposing yourself to some pretty serious health risks.

In the article below, we will present you with the facts on cooking with aluminum foil. Learn what can happen and then make the decision to use it or not for yourself. But the research is pretty clear….

Simply put, if you cook with aluminum foil, you are playing with your health.

The first thing you need to know is that aluminum is bad for your brain. It is a neurotoxic heavy metal that has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease for years.

Exposing yourself to this metal can lead to mental decline. Prepare to suffer in terms of coordination, bodily control, memory, and balance. Sadly, many who suffer from poisoning with this neurotoxin, the damage is permanent. You could experience gaps in memory that can create a divide between you and your loved ones if this chemical does the worst it can.

Besides damaging your brain, cooking with aluminum foil can also negatively affect your bones. This metal can build-up inside your bones. This is bad because it competes with calcium for space inside your bones and often wins out over the essential mineral.

Although an aluminum skeletal frame sounds like something from science fiction, are bodies are made for fact – not fiction. So, it simply won’t work well for us. You need calcium to prevent your bones from breaking in a fall.

From here on out, the risk of cooking with aluminum continues to grow. It is also bad for your lungs. Breathing in aluminum particles has been proven to lead to respiratory problems, like pulmonary fibrosis. Even if you grill with aluminum foil, you could be breathing in these particles and slowly destroying your lungs.

Aluminum cans have long been hailed as being risky. But for some reason, tin foil was overlooked for years. No longer...

If you accidentally ingest aluminum flakes, you risk these problems. While you’re not eating a ball of rolled up foil, when you cook with aluminum at high temperatures, parts of the metal are going into your food. High temperatures can create cracks in the metal causes particles to break off into your food.

Even if the minuscule pieces don’t break off, chemical leeching of aluminum can happen if you cook with certain spices or use lemons.

Dr Essam Zubaidy, a chemical engineering researcher at the American University of Sharjah, discovered that just one meal cooked with tin foil can leach 400 mg of aluminum.

“The higher the temperature, the more the leaching. Foil is not suitable for cooking and is not suitable for using with vegetables like tomatoes, citrus juice or spices.”

The World Health Organization warns people not to ingest more than 60 mg of aluminum daily.

The takeaway: If you cook with aluminum, you’re risking your health.

Yesterday a newborn baby boy died because the hospital denied to take a part of the payment in the form of the banned denominations. Ironically the medical outlets and hospitals all over the nation were strictly instructed to accept these denominations.

Kiran , the mother of deceased kid went into labor on 9th November and was admitted in Jeevan Jyoti hospital. The family submitted the money they had but when they were left with only 500 note denominations, the hospital refused further treatment.

The deceased boy is perhaps the youngest victim of this currency ban in India. The government has to take a serious step to help the lower status people of the country at this crucial time.

The least it is ought to do is to provide strict and fexible medical treatment to people in emergency immediately. The number of negative effects is increasing daily which is taking the original motive of the movement away from the public.
Something has to be done to prevent these loop holes from being exploited by the black money holders due to which the poor ones are suffering distinctly

3 Things That Make People Fall In Love With You

Fall in love – At some point of time, we all want someone to fall in love with us.

Whether it is someone we have a crush on or sometimes an ex, we wish to get their attention and make them love us.

Well, none of the tricks will work out for you until and unless, you take help of some of the psychological hacks.

And if you don’t know any of them, here are some important ones to always keep in mind.

» Stay easy to get

The more you interact with somebody, the more they’ll like you.

A few trustworthy studies show repeated introduction to something makes us like it progressively. So disregard being all reserved and unavailable when you initially meet somebody you like, otherwise they’ll simply look at you as self-centric and there won’t be any chance for them to feel inclined towards you.

Rather, discover heaps of reasons to spend time with them until you’re persuaded you’ve won them over… then begin being somewhat less available.

» Now act hard to get

Once you’re satisfied that they believe you’re good, begin seeing them somewhat less and less – until they barely observe you by any stretch of the imagination.

This is the Scarcity Principle (a term instituted by analyst Robert Cialdini): people value something more when it’s hard to acquire. It’s actually true because if heaps of precious stones all of a sudden seemed everywhere throughout the universe, we’d no longer pine for them.  The Scarcity Principle is the reason ‘one and only left’ advertising plots make us stop and consider purchasing something we don’t even truly need.

The same thing happens when it’s about humans.

You may have known about the ‘closing time experiment’. Scientists needed to test the familiar saying that everybody looks significantly more appealing pretty much as the bar or club is going to close.

Some of this is because of liquor: the more we drink, the more appealing others look to us. This is the reason the specialists took blood liquor readings of members – and discovered they had little impact on what happened.

Indeed, even members who weren’t getting logically more tanked as the night advanced, discovered others more appealing as shutting time drew closer basically on the grounds that time was constrained and there were less people to approach.

» Do nice things and let them do it too

On the off chance that you do something nice for somebody, it makes you feel great on two levels.

You feel satisfied with yourself and additional love towards the person you’ve quite recently spoilt. When somebody does something nice for us, we’re satisfied. In any case, there are a ton of different feelings that become an integral factor. You don’t have to go ahead and try something overwhelming, just try to do little things that will make them think that you are concerned about them and that they hold a place in your life. Also, if they want to do something for you, let them.

Apart from these psychological hacks, destiny plays a huge role in making someone fall in love with you.

So, wait for your time and I am sure you will find the right match.

This 112-year-old woman's secret to long life is chain smoking

Smoking kills? A 112-year-old Nepalese woman has proven otherwise. In a rather unusual admission, Batuli Lamichhane has claimed that the secret behind her long life is smoking 30 cigarettes a day.

“People of this modern age have too much stress. And those who do not work or are idle in their old age won’t live long. So you have to be active and stress-free.

Born in 1903, Lamichhane who started smoking at the age of 17 and has continued smoking cigarettes for over 95 years said, “There is nothing wrong with smoking.

”However, she advises that “commercially-made” cigarettes should be avoided, the 112-year-old instead recommends locally-made cigarettes called beedis made from wrapped tendu leaf.

“You should always be happy, then you will live a long life,” she said. Lamichhane still takes care of her own chores.

“I don’t really care how old I am. But I am old nonetheless. I have seen a lot of things change during my lifetime,” she added.

Lamichhane has outlived all her four children except for one, her eldest son who is now 85 years old. She claims her husband left for India about 80 years ago to find a job and she hasn’t heard from him since.

She currently lives with relatives and off donations from a nearby Hindu temple, since the roof of her home caved in during the April 2015 earthquake in Nepal.
