WHAT! Anushka Sharma rejected Marriage Proposal Of Virat Kohli

New Delhi:

The Valentine’s Day is around the corner, but it seems that love is loosing its way in the tinselvile as several celebrity couples are heading for a break-up.

The year began with shocking news of Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s break-up, followed by Farhan Akhtar’s divorce with wife Adhuna.

Then came the buzz about rifts between Arbaaz Kahan and Malaika Arora Khan.

And now another couple seems to be following the trend. We are talking about Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli.

As per the recent buzz, Anushka Sharma has turned down Virat’s marriage proposal.

If the gossip mills are to be believed, Virat wanted to marry the diva this year, but Anushka wants to focus on her career as of now.

This denial has led to disputes between the couple and they haven’t really been talking to each other much,

say the media reports.

Notably, Anushka and Virat had recently unfollowed each other on Instagram raising speculations about rift in their love affair. And with this buzz about Anushka not marrying Virat only adds fuel to rumours that the couple is heading for the split.

We just hope that things get sorted out soon between Anushka and Virat.Currently, Anushka Sharma is busy shooting for her forthcoming movie ‘Sultan’ opposite Salman Khan which is expected to hit the silver screen on Eid this year.

Are you going through romantic crisis? Selfie can tell you everything

New York:

Are you going through a rocky and failed romantic relationship? Check if you have suddenly started uploading more selfies on the social media.According to researchers from Florida State University, more selfies an individual posts on the social media site Instagram, the greater the likelihood he or she might experience conflict in romantic relationship.

"The results show that body image satisfaction can be detrimental to Instagram users' romantic relationships, especially when users' body image satisfaction is promoted in the form of Instagram selfie posts,"

explained lead author Jessica Ridgway and assistant professor Russell Clayton.

The duo teamed up to examine the predictors and consequences associated with Instagram selfie posting.

With an online survey of 420 Instagram users between the ages of 18 to 62, the researchers found that Instagram selfie posting is associated with and predicted by an individual's overall body image satisfaction.

In other words, those who think they look good are more likely to post selfies.

However, Instagram selfie posting behaviours were found to be associated with increased Instagram-related relationship conflict.

The researchers defined Instagram-related conflict as jealousy and arguments occurring due to either or both partners' Instagram selfie posting behaviours.

Not surprisingly, Instagram-related conflict was found to be associated with increased negative romantic relationship outcomes, which were defined as emotional or physical infidelity, breakup and divorce.

"The results from this study provide an avenue for future body image research," Ridgway said in a paper published in the journal Cyberpsychology, Behaviour, and Social Networking.

The findings contribute to a growing body of scholarly literature that has examined the predictors and consequences associated with using social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

"For instance, future research could examine whether social media users post images of their actual selves or their virtual ideal selves, and whether such online behaviours are associated with similar negative outcomes found in our study," the authors noted.

In order to prevent negative relationship outcomes from arising, Instagram users must limit their selfie posting behaviours, especially when selfie posting becomes problematic in a user's romantic relationship.

4 surprising side effects of White Egg

Eggs have two parts - the yellow part that is known as yolk and the white translucent part that is known as albumin.

One of the best things about eggs is their versatility. You can eat them raw, fried, poached, scrambled, boiled, and even as a curry!

Eggs are delicious as they are healthy. However, they, especially the albumin, do come with quite a few side effects that can adversely affect your body.

Here is a look at the side effects of egg whites:

→ 1. High Risk of Salmonella

Raw eggs, including raw albumin, can be contaminated by bacteria. Salmonella is a bacteria that is found in the intestines of chickens. It can also be present on the outer surfaces of unbroken eggs as well as inside them. To destroy salmonella, the cooking time has to be long, and the temperature needs to be high.

There is a high chance that sunny-side up and soft-boiled eggs may still contain these live bacteria.Opt for hard-boiled eggs and fried eggs to prevent salmonella from getting into your body.

As long as you do not eat raw eggs or albumin and make sure that your eggs are always well-cooked, the bacteria do not pose any real threat.

→ 2. Depletion of Biotin

Eating raw egg whites can cause biotin depletion. Biotin is also known as Vitamin H or Vitamin B7. A deficiency in biotin causes skin conditions such as cradle cap (which affects infants) and seborrheic dermatitis (which affects adults).

Lack of muscle tone and coordination, pain and cramps in muscles, seizures and hair loss, are some of the other health problems caused by biotin deficiencies.

Raw albumin contains avidin that is a protein. It is not a toxic substance, but it does rob biotin from your body. When you consume raw white eggs regularly, the biotin that your body requires keeps getting stolen by avidin.

This will result in health problems within a few weeks, and these problems will continue to become worse ultimately causing serious illness.

→ 3. Allergies

Are you aware of the fact that allergy is one of the most common side effects of egg whites? In many cases, people who are allergic to egg whites are also allergic to albumin proteins.

Hives, rashes, swelling of the skin, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, wheezing, coughing, sneezing, cramps, etc., are some of the common symptoms of an allergy.More severe symptoms can also occur with allergy to egg whites including difficulty breathing, swelling of the throat, mouth and airways, as well as sudden blood pressure drop that can lead to dizziness and loss of consciousness.

If you are allergic to eggs, chances are that you would be allergic to egg whites as well. It may be safest to stay away from eggs completely to make sure that you do not react dangerously to the allergy.

→ 4. Overload of Proteins

According to doctors, eating a high amount of protein can be dangerous if you suffer from kidney problems. People with low Glomerular filtration rate (GFR, which is the flow rate of fluid that the kidney filters), could be afflicted with acute kidney injury because of the high biological value of egg protein.0.6 to 0.8 grams of protein is the recommended daily intake for people who suffer from impaired renal function.

However, doctors also say that 60% of the proteins consumed should come from eggs even for those who have a low GFR.

It is highly important for you to consult your doctor and discuss thoroughly about egg white benefits and side effects before deciding to start an egg diet if you have acute liver problems.

Eggs may be one of the most important foods in a healthy diet plan, but you do need to make sure that they are safe for you. You should also make it a point to cook your eggs well before you enjoy a hearty breakfast or a yummy snack!

Who said what: World reacts after India whitewash Australia 3-0 in T20Is

Suresh Raina and Virat Kohli helped India clinch a whitewash over Australia

Shane Watson’s century went in vain as fifties from Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli set the platform before Suresh Raina’s unbeaten 49 helped India clinch a last-over thriller over Australia in Sydney.

After winning the toss and choosing to bat, captain Shane Watson led from the front, as his unbeaten 124 helped Australia post 197/5. India's death bowlers ensured the total didn’t cross 200 and that proved to be the difference in the end.

Credit goes to the bowlers: MS Dhoni

MS Dhoni admitted the difference in the T20I series has been the improvement in the performance of the bowlers.

"Lot of credit to the bowlers," says MS Dhoni. "In the ODI series the batsmen were doing well, we needed the extra 10% from the bowlers. That has changed with Bumrah coming in and others getting their act together.

“Yes, the batsmen have taken it up a notch, but it is the bowlers who have done their job better, which has made the difference. There might be one or two changes based on the conditions in the World T20, but this is roughly what our T20 side will look like."

Man of the match Shane Watson believes Australia still have a chance to win their maiden World T20 title. He said: "They certainly are special. They showed it to us in the one-day series as well. we put up the big score to give ourselves a big score, but couldn't get ourselves over the line.

“At this point of time I am loving every minute of playing for Australia. The privilege to captain the team was great although it was a bit hectic at time. I do enjoy my batting. I blocked the ball a bit too much early, but it was a pleasure to bat with Uzzie. Can't believe he got out.

“We have got the world-class players, there is no reason why we can't have a successful World T20. Just need to chalk out the roles…"

Man of the series, Virat Kohli admits India wanted to finish the tour 4-4 after losing the fourth ODI in Sydney.

He said: "Indeed, reads sweet. We decided before Sydney one-dayer that we want to finish the tour 4-all. Just because we played so well earlier but didn't get on the board. I was disappointed when I got out because I wanted to finish the game off. I challenge myself to finish them off when I chase.

“The way Yuvi and Raina, both of them coming back, finished it off, credit to their character. (Rohit starts dancing midway because Kohli is asked about him). I have said this many times that I am a big fan of Rohit. The time he has got, and the miles he can hit the ball…”

Reactions from the cricket fraternity after India's whitewash:

India's leading run scorer across all formats, Sachin Tendulkar tweeted:

Yowza – I could watch, @imVkohli & @ImRo45 bat all day, all night, everyday at the moment! #FreakShows

— Kevin Pietersen (@KP24) January 31, 2016

Shane Watson, who scored an unbeaten century, earned plenty of plaudits:

Harsha Bhogle:

Shane Watson is timing this perfectly. For Australia and the #IPL auction

— Harsha Bhogle (@bhogleharsha) January 31, 2016

Former Australian all-rounder Tom Moody:

Top innings from @ShaneRWatson33 hundred up!! #AUSvIND

— Tom Moody (@TomMoodyCricket) January 31, 2016

He might not be playing, but David Warner was still rooting for his side:

Outstanding by @ShaneRWatson33 what a performance. Serious striking.

— David Warner (@davidwarner31) January 31, 2016

India’s bowlers, who were brilliant in the first two games, didn’t get the job done in the third T20I.

Indian bowlers have bowled 28 full-tosses today…yes, some Yorkers end up as full-tosses but still 28 is too high. #AUSvIND

— Aakash Chopra (@cricketaakash) January 31, 2016

An interesting idea for Australia to look at.

Australia can field all openers in the batting line-up…too many of good openers around. Finch, Warner, Watson, Khawaja, Marsh, Lynn

Why Having Only One Kid Is Better

A new study reveals that having only one or two kids is a lot better than having 3 or more than three kids.

Well, there are some strong reasons for this.Firstly, statistics claim that the life expectancy tends to be more. Are you wondering how? Well, in smaller families, children don't need to compete with siblings or anybody for resources or attention.

Also, when you have only one kid, you can manage to give all your resources and better medical facilities to your kid; you will be able to offer expensive education too.

If you have more than one kid then your resources need to be shared among them and this may cause several problems.Even if you are rich enough to take care of 10 children, you may not be able to offer your time or attention to all of those kids.

In fact, most of the family planning programs have the same insight and that is why they would encourage having only one kid. When kids compete with each other for resources, nutrients or love, there could be several conflicts, and unhealthy effects.

Also when parents are able to give all their time and attention to kids effortlessly, the future of the kid tends to be healthy and bright. In fact, all the developed nations have already certain policies and programs in place to educate all families about having fewer children and attempting responsible parenting.

Managing small numbers would always be easier than managing big numbers. So, when you are planning for a baby, it is very important to ask yourself about how much time and energy you can really offer to your future ray of hope so that you can offer a good citizen to the world through your parenting skills.
